Thankful for my Home Office Assistant Duo!
Never will I miss potential opportunities due to paperwork pile-up or missed phone calls. The best thing for busy-ness was hiring this purrfect pair! Ashley is the senior kitty assistant while Tux is still learning important tasks.
Meow two assistants for the home office helps keep the stress level to a minimum. They are always:
- on-the-ready, taking good direction with a good attitude
- willing to take on what the early morning hours bring
- happy to oversee copying documents, ensuring none get away or slip through the receiving tray
This morning, Tux began filing by pushing the papers off the desk onto the floor, putting his signature on many of them with bite marks, while Ashley was dutifully warming up the office chair.
They create a drama-free atmosphere and put their best paws forward, ensuring the work gets done in a timely manner. They may even get an early Thanksgiving treat once they finish the work list.
My assistants are a real treat and:
- Have a can-do attitude
- Work well under pressure
- Maintain a pleasant demeanor
- Can be flexible regarding working hours
- Thoroughly knows responsibilities and expectations
Hiring an assistant or two may be critical when time-lines are constantly looming and you are playing catch up day in - day out in order to push business forward. I know it has helped me run the home office purrr-fectly!
Tux is also a master yoga instructor who has taught me several de-stressing techniques. So thankful these two show up every single day to brighten my work day, heck every day come to think of it! Happy Thanksgiving all!
