I've written many blog posts about the importance of exploring neighborhoods as a crucial step in the home buying process. Some clients know exactly where they'd like to live, while others are able to list the qualities of their ideal neighborhood, but haven't quite figured out where that neighborhood might be located.
So, I was excited to see Keller Williams building technology to help our agents easily share live neighborhood data with our clients and customers.
When we want answers to real estate questions, we ask Kelle. And when we want a snapshot of a neighborhood, Kelle delivers a quick overview so our clients can do a quick analysis.

It's exciting to be part of a company that focuses on local communities and neighborhood data. It's really a focus on Main Street rather than Wall Street and it's part of KW's Culture.
