A great point, Paul... I hate judgmental people... and at the end of the day we can almost never put ourselves into someone else's shoes. Compassion, yes. Judgment, no.

We all have a story, don't we?  And, it's way more than one chapter. Thanks for the daily quotes, Paul.

What a great thought that is, Paul.  I've never heard a quote quite like it.  And, I've had several times in life when it was very appropriate.  For example, when I was 17, I had a nip from a bottle of homemade Portuguese wine that just about killed me.  Long story short, my sister and her brand new boyfriend, who I had never met came to the hospital to drive me home.  It was the first time he and I had met.  My sister ended up marrying him.  They were together many years before his passing, and he seemed to relish in telling folks HOW we had met.
