I don't know where or how this started but Christmas is a day that Jews everywhere have a special tradition that has been observed and passed down through generations. We celebrate this day by going to the movies and following it up with Chinese food. I can remember this from early childhood, and it has remained the same ever since. This year my favorite restaurant was already booked but I did find another to try, and am hoping for the best. It's hard to remember to make a reservation months in advance but otherwise you may just be out in the cold after a second rate film. That's the other thing....the best films are not generally shown on Christmas. So that's my tradition and I hope you are enjoying your own. If you celebrate the day I wish you a Very Merry Christmas.
