Mach1 Realty has rapidly caught up with some of the big guys in our area regarding website design. We still have some tweaks but are headed in the right direction!!

Many of you know...and some of you do not know...that a little over a year ago Lindsey Haden and I formed a new company, Mach1 Realty, here in central Nebraska.
For over 15 years I have used the web address of mikemccann.com . That site will now feed into mach1ag.com as a secondary site. Our emails will stay the way they were before.
That was a big step for me! It was a little hard saying goodbye as my old format was 9 years old...which is why it was time for a change.
The goal of Mach1Realty is to add agents and Brokers across the state of Nebraska and to pay them an incredibly fair split on the commission.
To do that...I have to get away from all of the one-man things I used to do and how I had everything geared towards Mike McCann. It is US now and there is not just an I or me in US!
Change is hard...not because of the physical or mental aspect of it...but the comfort factor of the old way that I knew worked for me.
Lindsey has learned by trial and error and now has over a dozen transactions to her name...some of them quite hard...most of them double sides.
We both are still getting used to each other and she is having to put up with my grumpy responses sometimes...but it is working very well and that excites both of us!!
