Should you Wait or BUY a home in Virginia Now 🤔😟?

Real estate Market in the Northern Virginia area has been overwhelming for #homebuyers across both the counties #Fairfax and #Loudouncounty. Multiple offers are common especially around the affordable price points.

Buyers are confused whether to wait out and buy later or buy now.

If you are in for a long term market volatility should not impact your decision. Buy the right home that meets your family even if it cost few thousand more than you had anticipated to spend. In long run re-purchasing and moving expenses can cost you more money than a little stretch in your budget at the moment.

I know wish buying and selling a home was as easy as you see on National TV.

If you are new to house hunting this is the BEST time for you to narrow down the area you want to live in. Figure out what you like and what you see yourself living in a home. Go to different open houses or work with your local #Realtor to understand a right fit home means for your budget and lifestyle.

If you are unsure or may have buyer remorse hold off on purchasing until you are mentally ready. In the meantime save up!! and browse different home.

Talk to your local #realestateagent let him//her help and guide you!!! I understand technology puts house in front of you but knowing what is the right investment you need an expert beside you for the larger purchase of your lifetime!!!

Good morning, Ritu Desai I have the answer to your question.... buy now...never procrastinate.... real estate is not day trading...it's a long term investment and no matter what market you happen to be in, now is the time to purchase a home...

Barbara Todaro has great advice for you Ritu Desai but I want to give you a heads up that markets do swing. We had the hottest market in the USA for several years around 2010 due to an oil boom... today it's just about dead.  Make hay while the sun shines but it doesn't hurt to start a market strategy for when it swings the other way... because it will.
