Hi Everyone! Making a quick pit stop at the 'Sandbox' to drop off quotes
for Tuesday. I am always looking for inspiration and motivating thoughts
to help me reach my goals.
I really like the day of the week, 'Tuesday.' I also like Monday - fresh, new
page of the week, and Tuesday - another chance at a fresh page for the week,
and also Wednesday - 'Hey, Jane, only the middle of the week...you still have
time' and all is not lost.' However, once it gets to Thursday, I do feel added
pressure on what I was to accomplish during the week and the walls start
closing in. Yup, I still keep working, but I can feel the pressure if I did not
utilize Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday wisely. Well, it's Tuesday...a good
day...
Physical Therapy has turned a page - positive...well, whataUno?!? Guess
the back and hips can open up and unlock if you strengthen your 'CORE'
power-posture and reawaken unused muscles. I love my two new silver Grey
75 centimeter exercise balls. I now hear my body calling me to exercise, and
telling me that the exercise has become 'fun.' I walk each day and I am sooooo
much better. And today is Tuesday.......It is a new week.......And I am ahead of
the week.... Love it!!!
I am very hopeful. Looks like I will enjoy my month of May going back home
to Waikiki... I am thinking of you and wishing you a wonderful Week and
especially a great Tuesday!! ~Jane
P.S. Those of you who are sending me good thoughts and prayers, I wish to
say, 'Thank You.' I know you are part of my success. By the way, I am now
down 13 pounds since January 1st and the race of 20 lbs., with one of my
sons; he is now 15 pounds lost. But you probably remember the fable behind
this challenge race: Aesop's 'The Tortoise and the Hare.' So I am the 'tortoise,'
but you are safe to place your bets on me. True, nothing changed in that my
son is still the Hare, except I am a very determined, non-stopping Tortoise. I
appreciate your support. I can feel it. Have a wonderful day and see you
tomorrow~ .
