2018 Palos Verdes homes sales for Country Club decreased to 27 single family homes sold compared to 29 in 2017. Price per square foot for Country Club houses that sold in 2018 increased to $610 compared from $578 in 2017, a 5.6% increase. Average sales price for Country Club homes sold in 2018 was $2,173,723 compared to $1,861,672 in 2017. The most expensive home sold for $6,100,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,322,525.
Currently, Country Club has 13 active Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 13 single family homes ranging in price from $1,499,000 for a 4 bedroom/3 bath, 2,975 square foot home, to $4,900,000 for a 4 bedroom/6 bath, 7,525 square foot home. There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
