Autumn Ridge is considered one of the more upscale townhome communities in Schaumburg first
developed in 1990 by Town and Country Builders. When I first visited Autumn Ridge many years ago it impressed me with brick exteriors and offering a ranch model. This was in such buyer demand at the time but never built by most area builders. Aging 'boomers' weren't even thought of back then!
For upgrades and unique points in Autumn Ridge we have: vaulted ceilings, full wall brick fireplaces, end unit upgrades, 1st floor Familyrooms, palladium windows, lunette windows, catwalk landing, whirlpools, skylites. A golf driving range is located nearby along with the Fox Run Golf Course. The Schaumburg Park District lighted socceer fields and skateboard park is also nearby at Olympic Park. Close to Woodfield Mall, great restaurants and fast access to 355 North or South makes this a popular place to live on the 'east' side.
Commuters usually choose the Medinah Train Station (Milwaukee West Line) which will take you into Chicago in about 55 minutes.
