Sometimes late at night PBS presents Dinosaur  Train, were viewers are introduced to the different time periods. Its quite informative.

Hi Laruen - fossil hunting can be quite fun. When my girls were young, my brother in Elko Nevada would take us out to search for fossils near there when we'd visit - just small trilobites and other little ones, but the girls were quite enthralled.

James Dray I'm one of those peculiar people who'll end up in Las Vegas and never go to a casino, because I've read there's great fossiling right outside the city.
