Average Days on Market were down by one day compared with one year ago at 35 days. Average Price Per Square Foot increased by $4/square foot to $151 in October 2019 compared with one year ago.
Closed sales increased 11%, while pending sales were up 26.8% in October year-over-year in the Ballantyne area.
Ballantyne's months supply of homes remained low at 1.6 months (down from 2.8 months one year ago and 1.8 months in September 2019). This coupled with a 38.4% drop in housing inventory and a drop of 26.1% in new listings in October kept Charlotte’s Ballantyne area/28277 zip code housing market a seller’s market.
