Myrl Jeffcoat I have learned that free range chicken are not necessarily the best, but free range and pasteurized are the best.  Free range is defined as the chicken having at least two to four feet to roam in, whereas pasteurized gives them a larger venue/a pasture to wonder in.  We have noticed since we started buying the pasture version that their shell are good and hard, unlike the regular free range.  And, yes, Trader Joe's has them.  A

Sheri Sperry - MCNE® For some reason or other, I have not felt the need to indulge food.  I remember hanging out with friends who had broken up with their latest flame and eating buckets of ice cream and lots of pizza, and to this day I don't get it.  It felt more like self-punishment to me...LOL A
