Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 30, and last month there were 34. Of the 30, 19 are pre-owned and 11 are new construction. Currently for sale, there are:Towne Lake townhomes in Addison TX

  • 8 single family homes (ranging in price from $302,000 - $1,150,000)
  • No half-duplexes
  • 14 condos ($159,000 – $549,900)
  • 8 townhomes ($349,000 - $499,900)

The median number of days on the market was 34 days, and last month the median was 24. The average number of days on the market was 56 days. The range in January for the previously owned homes was 23 day to 160 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes that sold is $186.05, up from the $182.62 average the prior month. The average list price to sold price ratio is 96.9%, a decrease from last month’s 97.9%. There are still price reductions and offers accepted below full price, with few, if any, multiple offer situations.
