Stuck at home? Yep, we all are! However, we can still do some effective marketing even while physically isolated.

 

      * Online home tours! Many of you already do these. Make some more right from your own home! Just videotape yourself talking about the home! Tour them through each room with excellent narrative!

 

     *Host a Virtual Open House! Set the date and time for people to join you online. Make it fun and creative as possible! Interact with your online audience.

 

     *Drive by Neighborhood Tours! Jump in the car and take a ride through your local neighborhoods. Again, have fun, be silly, we all need to be light-hearted at this time.

 

     *Study! Use this time to study and know your market statistics. It will be important to know and understand the market as we come out of this time.

 

     *Brainstorm New Ideas! While you are isolated, get out a pad and pencil and brainstorm new ways to tackle your market. Some of your best ideas can come to you when you have time to think.

 

     *Beef Up Your Education! Read those books you have wanted to for some time! Take some online classes!

 

     *Collaborate With Agents! Online, we can all share ideas and come together! Let's work together!
