Is This The End Of Real Estate? Is it a V or an L ?

I’m getting really concerned about the future of our great economy. As of now, we are ‘dead in the water’ and I’m wondering what the end game is. Will it end? May, June, July… November? Yes, it will and when it does, and we climb out of your home nest, will there be work for us to do?

This is something we never experienced in my lifetime and yours also. So, let’s say that come June 1 we get a green light and the all clear to go ahead. Now what?

My personal prediction is that the recovery will not be a ‘V’ as President Trump hopes for, but actually the recovery will be an ‘L’. We go down and its going to be months or even years before we get back to the fully employment and happy days, we had 1 month ago.

BUT I DON’T KNOW, so tell me what you think in the comments. Would like to hear your predictions.
