Governor Little's Press Conference Regarding the Stay-at-Home Order
Governor Little has extended the stay-at-home order until April 30, 2020. The previous order was due to expire today, April 15th at midnight.
Currenty in Idaho there have been 39 deaths among 1,464 cases. 45 cases reported in Kootenai County, 4 cases reported in Bonner County as of today. For more details, please visit: https://coronavirus.idaho.gov/
What does this mean for real estate in Kootenai County:
- I will continue to social distance the best I can.
- When showing properties, I have bleach wipes to use when opening doors etc.
- Title companies and the county recorders office are open by appoinment only.
- Inspectors and Appraisers are still working as well.
We as Realtors can continue on with listing homes and selling homes. We just do it a little different.
