I am glad to see things are really looking better with many buyers getting great deals. My office is very busy and prices are really starting to be where they should be which is getting more and more buyers off the fence. If you buy smart now and stay in the property for 3-5 years you will be fine. As things continue to improve, the really great buys will slowly disappear.
Financing is starting to loosen up a little and you do need great credit to secure a good rate. This scenario will steadily improve because banks need to lend money. What a great time for first time home buyers to buy their dream home in the area of their choosing which they might not have been able to afford if this market was a little stronger. Take advantage while you can. Nothing last forever.
