The chart below shows the number of homes sold in the town of Sonoma over the past several years. There are currently 176 active residential listings in Sonoma, 26 are contingent, 19 are pending and, so far, 6 homes have sold in March. I anticipate the volume to pick up through the Spring and Summer as it gets more difficult to buy in San Francisco and Marin Counties.
