Hi Everybody,

Many of us want to move our business forward.  Most of us need to focus on the tasks that make us money.  We all need to be doing things that result (hopefully) in the highest and best use of our time (like listing deals or playing golf).  Tasks that may be repetitive in nature or doing things that we may not be as good at should be done by somebody else.  This is where you need to delegate.  Yes, you can delegate to someone in the U.S; but I prefer the Phillipines.  I use this site.

Online Jobs

 http://store.onlinejobs.ph/?aid=248282

It costs about $89 or $99 per month (depending on what you want), but I only use it for 1 month.  That's all you'll need it for.  You should easily find who you are looking for in that time frame.  Why do I use them?  Well, they happen to be very loyal and good at what you're hiring them for.  They're used to working for foreignors and they work for a fraction of what a U.S. worker will work for.  You can find someone to do anything.  They can create websites, do SEO, content writing, answer emails, data mining, cold calling anything that you can think of.

Do they always work out for you?  No, they don't.  Neither do people you hire in the U.S.  Most of the time they do though.  I have 3 VA's right now.  My total outlay for the first month is going to be $1,250.  Remember, this is for the month, not the week and a total of 480 hours of work.  What can you do with lots of time?

Time

I don't know, anything that you want.  Time with the family, time for yourself, a project you've always wanted to do, maybe just watch a movie.  I don't know.

My VA's have been with me 2 weeks and already have gotten me a deal.  Will that happen for you?  I don't know.  What I do know is that I've made enough money already that it will pay for all of them for a year.  I am working on another deal right now that 1 of them found for me that will pay for all of them for 5 years.  That's 60 months.  That's 7200 hours.  What will I do with all of that extra time?  I don't know.

Each day or so, I will post about what to do to get one and what they can do for you.  How to hire one, questions to ask them and more.

Jeffrey,

Nice post on the value of a VA, and although it has cost us more, when we needed a VA we hired someone in the US...Cheers, A

Morning Jeff.

If I were still looking for buyers/sellers, I would give it a try.  I work about 1-2 hours a day, right now, that's all I want to work

I had to leave the meeting early to head to an appointment, but I am really interested in perhaps finding someone on there that would handle my social media.  If I can figure it out on my own, I will definitely reach out to you for help.
