Sellers need to Price their homes to Sell.

I love to list homes and i look forward to helping sellers list their homes, but what do you do in this type of market?  Sellers need to have their homes in top shape if they plan on listing their homes for the top dollar.  Most of my clients are aware of the market and know they need to have their homes in top shape in order to sell, but there are those few that don't understand the market and don't know why their homes haven't sold.  SELLERS need to be prepared to price their homes to SELL.  The market is unpredictable and not what is was 2 years or even a year ago.  Sellers need to be a head of the game and stand out from other sellers.  Keep those sellers motivated and SELL ON.
