How to Choose The Right Real Estate Agency To Work For - DENVER, COLORADO

I recently completed my 168 hour real estate educational requirement, and got my certificate of eligibility today. I will sit for the actual exam in about a month, however wanted to start interviewing with local companies to see who is a fit.

I know there is a volume based list for how much revenue a company brought in for their office on a local level, however there is so much more I need to know.

Does anyone recommend a solida company to start off with?

I am keeping my mortgage broker license active so I have the option to do both, so I need someone who is flexible in that regard.

I think I would be more interested in dealing with distressed real estate, either as a listing agent for bank owned properties, or possibly a buyer's agent, so I can assist in the mortgage pre-quals of everyone I come in contact with, if they have not been pre-qualified

I already put inquiries into EXIT, REMAX, YOUR CASTLE, KW.

Any suggestions?
