We began our tour in World Golf Village and viewed several homes for resale as well as some new homes in GroveWood, Our main goal beside the home was to be walking distance / Bike to Publix Making communities on SR 16 & International Golf a prime choice including:
- King and the Bear
- Murabella
After we viewing some very nice homes in Murabella and with in the Gated King and the Bear we drove out to Heritage Landings to view homes that can be build with no CDD Fees with a nice selection of homes with Deep Discounts we had no choice but to remove it from our list.
During lunch my customer we narrowed down his selection to 2 homes in Murabella and 1 home in Barrington located behind the gates at the King and the Bear.
