Riverside County, California Homes Sales & Values Report May 2020

On June 16, 2020 California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values lower 0.1% to the price of $434,480 in May of 2020 from price of $435,000 in April of 2020, but higher 3.4% from price of $420,000 in May of 2019. While, homes sales declined 4.3% in May of 2020 from in April of 2020, and fell 43.0% from May of 2019 in Riverside County, California.

There were 4.3 months supplies of available inventory of homes in May of 2020 rose from 3.9 months in April of 2020, and jumped from 3.4 months in May of 2019. An average it took 23.0 days to sell a home May of 2020, down from 24.0 days in April of 2020, and decreased from 32.0 days in May of 2019, in Riverside County, California.
