This was the rainbow seen right after Tim Russerts memorial service right over the cathedral in DC. The wild thing was they had just finished playing Somewhere over the Rainbow at the end of his service and then this rainbow appeared. It was actually a double rainbow.
Now if this wasn't Tim Russert smiling down (reverse smile as you look at it) I don't know what it was!
