Baked Cod for tonight!
This is a easy recipe for Baked Cod!
Ingredients:
8 oz cod fillets, cut in half 1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
2 tbsp. dry white wine 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Lightly spray toaster oven baking dish with nonfat spray.
Arrange cod on a single layer in the bottom of dish and sprinkle with pepper.
Cover with sliced mushrooms and sprinkle with parsley.
In a small cup, combine wine and Worcestershire sauce and mix well, pour evenly over fish.
Bake 400 degree in toaster over 12-15 minutes, until fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
Serves 2 people.
