Hi Roy Kelley all I can see while reading your post is dollar signs and they are all directed to the attorneys....  husbands and wives would save a bundle if they could be reasonable and negotiate their own deal.... my ex and I did.... he took one house...I took the other.... he took his bills.... I took mine..... and I took ours to avoid any bickering.... it's only money....money comes and money goes...but it can always be earned again....  by the way, this was a record setting divorce....start to finish in 3 weeks.... done!

So sad that we see marriages become so disposable (I fully admit I am divorced) but at least seminars like this can help those going through the process.

Morning Roy.

Is it going to be taped?  I'm usually in bed reading by that time.

Divorce rates have spiked in the U.S. during the coronavirus pandemic as couples have been stuck at home for months.

The number of people looking for divorces was 34 percent higher from March through June compared to 2019, according to new data collected Legal Templates, a company that provides legal documents.

The combination of stress, unemployment, financial strain, death of loved ones, illness, homeschooling children, mental illnesses, and more has put a significant strain on relationships.

The data showed that 31 percent of the couples admitted lockdown has caused irreparable damage to their relationships.
