Condo Offering Nude Option to Sell Units

By

Yes, this is for real. I read this in the Orlando Sentinel today. A Tampa area condo is considering making the pool area clothing optional to help sell the units. The good news is that new and conversion condos have 15 day right of recision. That means you can check out who is actually using the pool for a couple of weeks, and decide if you still want to buy. This gives a whole new meaning to what commercial real estate professionals call a "free look" period. If you think a clothing optional pool will help sell condos let me know. I would love to hear your comments on this.

Assuming it isn't going to be an adult 55 and over, community it has play. Otherwise , the mental image is not a good one

I think this option is mostly help for the lovers.

The new marriage couples are buy this pool and they enjoy their life without any disturbance...

This free look period is really a enjoyable one..

David, even if "a free look" isn't exactly what many people need, it's a great publicity gimmick!

Are there any jealousy issues with the young couples?  Not sure I'd want everyone checking out my new husband or wife!

Quite a gimmick from a promational standpoint. This reminds me of the time I went to Clearwater and the hot dog vendors. I'm sure they sold a lot of hot dogs, but there were also some near misses at the intersections.
