Q: What is the difference between crisis and inconvenience?
A: Perspective
There is a significant difference between crisis and inconvenience.
Do you know people who are always in a state of drama? Everything is a crisis to them? Every time things don't go their way, they act like the world is coming to an end? They're just in a constant state of frustration?
To me, matters of life and death are a crisis. Anything other than that is some degree of inconvenience.
Today I am thankful for my sense of perspective I've been through my share of tragedy in life but, like everyone, mostly I suffer varying degrees of inconvenience on a regular basis.
I appreciate having perspective and enjoy my life with low blood pressure.
Hi Carol Williams - that is very true. When people feel crisis step back and think it over and put it in perspective.

That is so true and life can be so much easier if we learn to just deal with inconveniences and move on.

Hello Carol - I try to keep perspective as a constant companion. That may not happen all the time but the ability to pause has gained much over the years. And I am also thankful for that.

Terrific advice, Carol. So many people immediately move into crisis mode and all the drama that might involve for really fairly minor things. I have no patience with that.

Good morning Carol Williams and I agree completely - it is not what happens to you, it is how you choose to interpret what that means to you.

Morning Carol.
With that prospective we are all in a state of inconvenience every day. Just like today, I know I will be experiencing some state of inconvenience.
Everything else can be compromised except for life.
Enjoyed the blog posted.
Thanks
Keeping things in perspective is crucial! Not everything is the end of the world ;)
