Each year Ft. Bragg celebrates the 4th of July as if it were the New Year all over again. The planning starts after the completion of another because of the spectacular show each year. This year will be no different on our Main Post Parade Field as the one and only Wynona Judd performs. Dakota Rain, Rockie Lynn, the Golden Knights and our very own 82nd All American Band will also perform live. This event is free and open to the public. I would highly recommend you arrive early since traffic is always so heavy. The food, fun and rides will begin at 3 p.m. There are restrictions for pets, grilling and glass bottles and there will be a designated place for tents to be erected. After all of the festivities are over, the fireworks display will start at 9:30 p.m. to bring the celebration to an end. I hope to see you there.
