Lake County Gets 100% Financing

That’s right! 100% Financing still exists in Lake County, Florida. Despite all the obituaries about these mortgage programs, there is still one program that remains alive and well. This is all thanks to Lake County being USDA Grade A land… and I mean that literally.

The USDA 100% mortgage loans offer many benefits to potential home owners. The biggest being no down payment. Also, at the top of the list is the fact that there is no extra costs in your monthly payment in terms of mortgage insurance. Eh, what the heck? Jason you are a sight for sore eyes, good to see you again :)

We still have two 100% programs available over here, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority CHFA) and VA.

Not back like I was used, but back to get the SEO rankings back up.

Things have been hectic. In addition to staying on top of the mortgage changes, I have been opening a new office in Palm Beach Gardens, re-doing our image, and being a father all over again. Our son was born back in February.

Hey stranger.... yes, the USDA program and the VA loans... and depending on seller help, you could get them into a FHA mortgage with no money. It's not 100% financing, but still no money out of pocket.
