The sniper
Those that are being mentored by Rocky Dickerson sure are lucky. He is certainly forward-thinking and cares about the success of those around him!
It came with our warning. No sound first, no small, no flash of light. Suddenly it just hit me and there was no way I could see it coming.
It was an incoming hot call. I had nothing with me. No pen. No paper, no sheets to work off of. Just a client who I had never met before asking if I might help him.
It booked the appointment, but the point is this. I am not happy with how unprepared I was in that moment. So now I know to keep multiple “kits”. 1 in my car, 2 in my home. Kits with everything that I need to aid that client.
What’s more? I am going to start sniper roleplay. Calling any agent I am aiding. At a random time. And just stat into a roleplay scenario with no advance warning. I may even have a running bet going. Something like, if you are called and you fumble, you owe me lunch (and vice versa).
Sniper roleplay. Without warning. Just to keep as sharp as possible.
