Here's the situation. I was born and raised in Louisville, but left there in 1976 and moved to Northern Kentucky (about 90 miles away). I am the principal broker and co-owner of Option One Realty in Florence, KY. I have dozens of family members in Louisville. I considered joining the Louisville MLS so I can work with my family members. I don't mind making the drive down I-71, but I think it may be better to have someone in Louisville I trust to refer to.
I'm looking for an experienced, knowledgable person. When it comes to my family, I only want to recommend someone I know and trust. Anyone from Louisville, KY out there?
