I just researched the RealBird Listing Publisher -a cool and unique tool a couple of days ago, and I must say I was quite impressed. They offer two main features for real estate professionals - the Listing Publisher and the map-based search tool or widget (I am stll not quite up to speed on this terminology like widget..but I am getting there). Their map-based MLS search capability is awesome..if it is available in your area. It is a very nice resource to have on your website and your blog. Technology like this is huge. I am still in the process of digesting all of the different uses. Unfortunately, it is not yet available in the Miami area. I believe it is available in about 15 municipalities according to RealBird.
