5 Ways to Show Your Home Some Love
This is the perfect month to show your home some love. Here are 5 tips to show your love:
- Give it a deep clean. We mean more than dusting your ceiling fan. Think about finally letting go of items you’ve felt guilty saying goodbye to or try your hand at feng shui to create a better energy in your home.
- Make happy memories. When you first bought your home, you may have thought to yourself, “This would be a great space for entertaining.” Since you’ve moved in, have you actually entertained in your home? If not, or if it’s been a while, consider inviting your friends and family over.
- Do a few DIY updates. Even if you’re not looking to sell your home anytime soon, it doesn’t hurt to make small improvements to boost your home’s value. Simple changes can have a positive impact on how you see and enjoy your home.
- Make sure it is protected. Reviewing your home insurance policy might not be the most exciting way to spend your time, but it’s a good way to make sure there aren’t any obvious gaps in your coverage.

Embrace the quirks. Rather than obsessing over the parts of your home you dislike, focus on celebrating the things that make your home unique.
