A Mother's Love

 

If you have birthed, bathed, bundled and burped a child, you are a mother. One thing that is certain in life, is that early relationships helped shape our lives and result in how we going about adulting.

 

 

Happy Mother's Day to all you beautiful women. Though you are always loved and honored, it's time to enjoy this special day!

 

 

Here's some flowers and a poem to make you smile.

 

My Mother's Love

Everything that I am today

is owed to mother all the way

Her sweet love and tenderness

Was always more and never less!

 

Wishing you all a beautiful day. My Honey and I will be golfing our favorite course, picking strawberries in Nerdin Gardens and then celebrating at the Silo with a homemade dinner and lively music!

Happy Mother's Day to you, Wanda. One thing I've learned is that there are women who've never given birth to a child who are amazing mothers and women who actually do give birth who are not necessarily the best of mothers. One of my own "honorary" moms never had any children of her own... but she was a wonderful mother figure.

Of course, there are mother figures in the world Nina Hollander, Broker, this post includes them. Friends are raising their granddaughter as mom & dad because his only son/her stepson was murdered by the mother of the child. She is in prison for the rest of her life and rightfully so!

My husband and I enjoyed golf and he cooked me a delicious steak and lobster dinner, then we Facetimed with our children, so that made the day even more wonderful! Hope  you and Diane had a wonderful day as well.
