Orange County, California Homes Sales & Values Report September 2022

On October 25, 2022, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the homes values unchanged 0.0% to the price of $1,200,000 in September of 2022 from price of $1,200,000 in August of 2022, but gained 9.1% from price of $1,100,000 September of 2021. While, homes sales decreased 5.8% in September of 2022 from August of 2022, and fell 33.9% from September of 2021 in Orange County, California.

There were 2.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in September of 2022, unchanged from 2.5 months in August of 2022, but higher from 1.5 months in September of 2021 in Orange County, California.

An average it took 21.0 days to sell a home in September 2022, up from 17.5 days in August of 2022, and jumped from 8.0 days in September of 2021 in Orange County, California.
