The market sure isn't crashing!  Sellers are getting more out of their homes than ever, showing activity is HIGH, & multiple offers are still happening.  Turn off the news and tune into your LOCAL real estate expert Brian England for the REAL info.

Thank you again for supporting the idea the housing market is not collapsing like so many of us know!  At some point the market needed a correction as we couldn't keep appreciating as quickly as we were. The market has balanced which is what is best for both sellers and market. I too love the photo you chose in your post this morning.

It does not seem to be collapsing here in Minot ND either Brian England . I have noticed that the entry level homes have come down in price but everything else seems firm.

no, not collapsing - I am definitely not seeing that here in the DC area. Everyone may need to take a big deep breath lol

Brian anyone who thinks the housing market is collapsing has not been been trying to purchase a house.  Here in CT homes are still going up in price, just not as quickly as they have been the last couple of years.
