I came to the office on Thursday morning and in the lobby of our building a little coffee shop was set up, complete with a barista to make coffee drinks for the tenants in our building! Johnny Beans, a local Austin company, offers an original coffee experience since 1994! Their motto is "Building relationships one cup at a time!" What a pleasant surprise and definitely brought a smile to my face.

Wow….it was a thank you from our landlords to welcome us back to ring in 2023! They even had boxes of Krispy Kreme donuts. Our landlord's have a similar motto "Building relationships with tenants, one person at a time."
It’s nice to feel appreciated! Going the extra mile to let you know you’re valued, goes a long way!
