So this means that as real estate agents, if we price the property right - homes will surely sell close to our listing price.  Estimated at about 97% of list.

Two properties sold within 2 days on the market - Yahoo! to those agents

Ten properties sold within 7 days on the market -  Great to see

I didn't dig deeper to see if there were hot selling areas over others.  Cambridge is overall an active city for most of the year.

What City of Cambridge has collected is information on rentals which may help those clients that believe renting is the ideal for Cambridge.  From their website the list rental pricing:

$1,500 One Bedroom

$1,995 Two Bedroom

$2,200 Three Bedroom

I am not sure when these rental figures were collected, but I am sure that buying property now should be the wiser course to take.   Just a FYI for those interested in the Cambridge market.  Let me know what you've found in the market.  I would love to hear from you all...
