Here are the numbers for June. The first slide is for the entire MLS system and the rest are specific to Cape Coral. As you can see we are seeing some improvement in the Cape Coral Real Estate Market.
Many have boldly claimed that we have hit the bottom. Being that our increase in sales coincided with what we consider 'season' I am not willing to say we have hit bottom quite yet. I have been predicting for some time that the bottom would come this year. However, we are half way through the year now and I don't think we have hit bottom just yet.
