For those of you who are discouraged, I finally got a listing from a company that I registered my team for a year and a half ago. We also just got our first non Countrywide listing from reotrans, so two new potential lenders in one month. That is progress as far as I am concerned and it took awhile.
The opportunities are amazing, and this site is great to keep you grounded and remind you of other areas that you need to focus on. So don't give up on those companies you have been trying to get your foot in the door with, and also don't forget to work other angles of your busines other than REO so you have a well balanced business!
