Another city is motivated to get people to buy!!! It's the City of Peoria!!!

The City of Peoria is offering $10k to:

* First-time homebuyers who have not owned a home in the past 3 years
* Households, including single people, whose combined yearly income does not exceed 80% of the area median income adjusted for family size.
* Borrowers who can qualify for competitive mortgage loans. Potential homeowners who are US citizens or have legal residency in the US.

In regards to repayment, youmay need to live in the property for up to 10 years, depending on the amount borrowed.
