What are you worth???

There are certain things in life that give us a sense of value. Sometimes, it comes in the form of praise or acknowledgment on a job well done, but let’s face it:

Who DOESN’T want to know how much they are worth monetarily?

You work on the weekends and meet people at Open Houses. You connect. You set an appointment to talk about what their needs and wants are. Then you put them in your car and off you go!

You’re showing them property…..day after day after day after day….get the picture?

Finally you find THE house! You write up the offer, and lo and behold, it gets accepted!

Now your job is to set up the inspection, make sure the time lines are met, negotiate repairs, talk to the lender, be there for the appraisal, etc…

Then when everything falls into place, you close the escrow and get paid!

You open the envelope and expect big dollar signs…..It’s a good amount, don’t get me wrong, but when you think about the TIME that you invested in getting that check, do you REALLY know what your dollar per hour worth is? Are you spending too much time doing non-productive work? Can you measure consistently and accurately what you earn per day on each transaction?

What if I told you that there is a SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN METHOD to determine this? Call me to find out more!

Work hard and we get paid.  Sometimes the deal doesn't pay much, but other times you can make some decent money.

Interesting...I always thought of it as a balance system. Sometimes I will spend 4 hours to show, write a contract, and get an acceptance with as-is to close in 2 weeks, while other times a client will take 6 months and have several stipulations with a 45 day closing, inspections, etc. In the end it all balances out.

I believe my worth is equal to the service I give. not everyone's worth can be the same. And I certainly dont believe that a commission is what your worth everytime. I also think that worth is not just monetary but based on level of service.

To be able to calculate it into an absolute monetary value sounds very intriguing.
