I have the perfect place for the next great Missouri golf course between Springfield and Branson. 325 acrs listed and another several parcels adjoining totalling up to 1000 acres m/l available. This is along US Hwy 160 and would be one smart purchase for the sharp developer. Besides, it would be the closest golf course to me by @ least 15 miles, and I need a good course close by to take care of all these tourists that come here all year, at least a million with nothing to do but drive on by right now. Come on golf course designer, Tiger, Jack, Chi-chi, Lee, anyone want to come to the Ozarks, we need you!!!

Jack, is that the one south of Nixa they started on a couple weeks ago? Looks like they are going to do a big development with homes and everything. That is what I am talking about, bring it developers, this is the place to be!

yes, 730 A by a developer want a be from tulsa. He thinks he can sell whose lots for 85.000 each...there are 108 homes in 1st phase, with 10 phased over 10 years...nice land, but the developer is in a fog, I hope it works.....he has started his own real estate group and is expecting to sell everything to builder groups......12 Million first phase...ouch.

Wow! He is a big thinker, guess he is probably a great promoter, will take some serious ad work to bring it about, but that size budget should be able to do it, I wish him the best!!!
