Way-to-Go, Clemson!
This year Clemson University has taken the honor of the College with the Happiest Students, by the Princeton Review. The Princeton Review reviews all Universities and Colleges around the United States to find the top schools of this and that, then publishes them.According to the survey, Clemson football and outdoor activities are the reasons Clemson's students are the happiest.
Trust me, from personal experience this place is pretty awesome. The whole town not just students expound school spirit. From the painted tiger paws on the streets leading into and out, to the majority of stores incorporating tiger paws on their buildings, this town shouts . . . GO TIGERS! This is no town that resents students invading them but rather they LOVE the students and wish them well. Heck when Clemson is playing at home the whole town comes to a complete stop. People here are always talking about their Clemson Football . . .
As far as the outdoor activities are concerned, Lake Hartwell borders the campus and a few miles up the road over by Seneca and Salem is the gorgeous Lake Keowee. Lake Keowee is known to be one of the clean lakes and has the backdrop of mountains. Hiking and mountain biking is about a half hour away. Clemson also has a botanical gardens that is pretty amazing, too.
Other than tailgating (a must do at all games) students approach life 'Southern Style' in that they are pretty laid-back, like having a good time, work hard, and have a tremendous amount of pride!

#8 for Best Career/Job Placement Services
