I am sure it has here at Lake Tulloch. We have twice as many escrows than properties that have sold so far this year. YAHOO.....That is great news. I would love to hear your comments about how the market is doing where you live or work. I think I will get a lot of positive comments. Are you with me?THE BOTTOM OF THE MARKET OR THE BOTTOM OF THE LAKE? Let's take a stand and begin spreading the news that the market has hit bottom and we will begin our incline. That will get the media and consumers jumping. Let's take the dive!
Roxanne, the market is really picking up in my area. We are listing more properties, prices are going up a little bit, but the best news...Buyers are finally coming out of their hidey holes! I have been so busy I can't keep up with the rain or my other networking~ I guess that is a Good thing?!?
Leslie, that is just what I want to hear. Where is your area? I feel the same way. I hadn't gone on the rain for several days because of being busy. Yes, that's a good thing. Let's sread the word.

Roxanne - Very nice photos, and I love lakes because they are so refreshing. Especially being from Las Vegas where we have temperatures around 110 degrees.
Very nice!
Robert....Thank-you for your comment. Our temperatures last week were about 104. Pictures were of my youngest daughter and ex son-in-law on beautiful Lake Tulloch.

I am at Lake Wylie near Charlotte NC...things are really picking up...especially on the Lake. www.tracysoussi.com
John Cannata.....Our lake is very unique in the fact that waterfront owners hold fee title to the land under the water out to a certain point. that is why they can build out over the water. Come see us sometime.

Tracy......I am glad to hear that. I have never been there. If you get a chance, e-mail me or comment back with a few pictures of your lake.

Our market (Phoenix metro) has and hasn't hit bottom. We've probably hit bottom for quantity of sales. they have been rising. Some areas have probably hit bottom on price. Other areas (those on the outskirts) may be headed for a bit more price reduction.
Toledo, OH it appears is close to the bottom, if not in fact AT the bottom. But that is on average. Some areas have been better recently while some have been still sliding. All in all the phones are ringing at an acceptable pace and I recently listed a home that had two offers on one day - one at full price.
I've been swamped since late winter.
Chuck....thanks for the info on your area. At least there are sales now. That's good!
Dee.....The phones ringing is always a good sign. Thank-you for checking in with your area info.
