The real estate market in Northern Arizona should be described as slowly declining in property values. Communities such as Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, Payson and others are dependent upon feeder markets such as California, nevada, Florida and even metro Phoenix for their absorption rate.
Clearly the feeder states for Prescott, Arizona real estate are in the wake of the powerful foreclosure tsunami and it will be 12-24 more months before any semblance of normalcy is reached.
