The Summit Region just kicked off a 7 week period of peers teaching peers. We have put together a program called "Real Estate 2008 and Beyond". A series of topics that will help new and experienced agents at all levels, develop new methods, tactics and information that hopefully will jumpstart the last half of the year. Why? Because people still need to have a place to live....and using a Realtor is extremely important in these times. Someone who understands the process of buying/selling a home and how with the latest changes in the mortgage industry, how to do all that. Our first night was a great success! It doesn't matter what you do to move forward.......just do something!
