Highlands Ranch Dog Parks - Rover’s Run at Redstone Park
Here is a Highlands Ranch Dog Park that is located on the Western side of Highlands Ranch. Rover's Run is located east of Redstone Park near the intersection of Town Center Dr. and Foothills Canyon Blvd. Rover's Run Dog Park in Highlands Ranch is a smaller enclosed park area with picnic tables for you to sit and relax while your four legged friend is having a blast running around the park. There's also a fire hydrant in the park for your dog to leave their mark!
The park is often less busy than e.g. the Hound Hill Dog Park on the Eastern side of Highlands Ranch, which can get really busy, especially in the cooler evenings.
This is great news so the dogs have plenty of room to sniff around and have a good time.
There are many trails and paths that pass by the dog park, so if you are up for some exercise you can lease up your puppy and take a little jog around the area. The Redstone Park across the street has plenty to do as well. There's a nearby fishing pond, picnic shelter, tennis courts, play areas, fields, batting cages and a skate park.
The park is open from 8 a.m. to sunset, and poop bags and water (during irrigation months) are provided. And whatever dog park in Highlands Ranch you choose, there are some rules:
- You must pick up after your dog(s)
- You must carry a leash with you at all times
- You must be at the park with your pet(s)
- Dogs must be leashed when you enter and exit the park and under voice control at all times
- Aggressive dogs and dogs in season are not permitted
- Dogs must be vaccinated
- Children must be supervised by an adult
So go for it, have a dog gone good time!
