The news media keeps reminding us how ugly the real estate market is and will remain for sometime. But a funny thing, I get calls through out the day, regarding available homes for sale in Atlanta. People are looking to buy, and they know there are great deals out there. This is the funny thing, a large number of the calls I receive inquiring about specific homes:offers are being negotiated on the home, there is more than one offer on the home, the homes are under contract, or have been sold and the paperwork has not been fully processed to remove the home from the listing system.. If you have been toying with the idea of purchasing a home, stop!!! This is a great time to buy. Don't dilly-dally, get on board and check into your options.
